About Me

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping others. Throughout high school and college, I often found myself in situations where people naturally turned to me for guidance. I used to joke that I must have had a sign on my forehead that said, “Ask me!”

It’s no surprise that this passion led me to pursue a degree in Psychology. From the moment I was introduced to the subject, I was captivated. However, after graduation, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of my next steps. A period of reflection, research, and personal growth led me to graduate school, where I specialized in College and Career Counseling. This journey not only equipped me with the skills to help others but also deepened my own understanding of career development and personal growth.

Since then, I have spent nearly a decade working at multiple colleges and universities as an academic and career counselor. Through these experiences, I discovered my true passion—helping individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.

That passion inspired me to create CareerRise. My mission is to motivate, educate, and guide individuals toward career success and fulfillment.
