I started CareeRise because I believe that clarity, growth, and intention are not luxuries — they’re foundations for fulfilling lives and careers.
My Journey ​🌱
Growing up, I’ve always been drawn to self-discovery. I’d take personality quizzes and explore what made me “me.” That curiosity led me to study psychology — I wanted to understand mindset, identity, and human potential.​ As my college graduation approached, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of my next steps. A period of reflection, research, and personal growth led me to graduate school, where I specialized in College and Career Counseling. This journey not only equipped me with the skills to help others but also deepened my own understanding of career development and personal growth. I discovered that career development is deeply tied to our sense of self.
For many, the question isn’t just: what do I do?, but who am I meant to become?

Since then, I have spent nearly a decade working at multiple colleges and universities as an academic and career counselor. Through these experiences, I discovered my true passion—helping individuals navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity.

That passion inspired me to create CareeRise — a space where I help others bridge the internal work and external strategy to design meaningful careers and lives.
